Our world is a fast one. However, despite all our efforts to become better, we are many times befallen with depression because we think too much of our problems and failures. However, to move forward in our lives, we must learn to learn from our past. Here are steps you can take to correct problems and keep moving forward.
1. Observe - You have to sit yourself down and observe patterns. If you are dealing with yourself, try and reflect on your past actions and check on the patterns. This is vital because you can then understand how you act.
2. Analyze - After you observe patterns, you have to now analyze them. You analyze your behaviors to determine their roots. You can analyze by pondering on the origin of such behaviors.
3. Conclude - Conclude if you want to continue with such characters/behaviors or quit them. It is much easier having found out their root sources.
4. Brainstorm and strategies for improved performance. You find out the kind of behaviors you want. Remember, your behaviors are responsible for your actions. Read books, study persons (have models), just learn more.
5. Execute plans and strategies.
6. Review - After execution, review you actions to see if you are getting the desired results. Then you can modify where required.
Remember, your goal is to be a more productive being, especially in our kind of world where you must be on the fast track or be "left behind".
Cheers to you as you become even better in your life.
